Dashboard & Statistics

Set up and use the Cloud Dashboard

The Cloud Dashboard gives you a browser view of current account activity when the desktop client is running. Use it for a quick overview away from the main program; use the desktop client for setup and configuration changes.

Enable the dashboard

  1. Open Settings in the desktop client.
  2. Find Cloud Dashboard. If it is not visible, enable Show advanced settings.
  3. Turn the setting on and save it.
  4. Allow the client to complete its next data update, then choose Cloud Dashboard in the main navigation or open the dashboard from the website.

The desktop client must stay open to provide fresh data. If the online view appears old, compare its last update with the local Accounts page before changing any settings.

What to check

  • Account state: whether an account is active, stopped, queued or waiting for another step.
  • Coins and expected coins: the current balance and the estimated value that includes listed inventory where available.
  • Assignments: the filter, profile and schedule currently attached to each account.
  • Trading activity: recent profit and activity totals.
  • Transfer list: the recorded items, prices and listing state for an account.

When the values differ

The local Accounts page is the best place to confirm a live state. Dashboard values can lag behind a recent purchase, sale, relist or account stop until another update arrives. Estimated transfer-list worth also depends on recorded prices, so it may differ from the amount eventually received.

If one account is missing, confirm that it still exists locally and let the desktop client refresh. If every account is stale, check that the client is running and that Cloud Dashboard remains enabled.

Read statistics and compare profitability

Statistics help you answer three different questions: how much profit was recorded, which strategy produced it, and what inventory is still waiting to be sold. Keep those questions separate when comparing accounts or filters.

Choose the right view

  • Detailed Statistics combines trading activity into an account-level view.
  • Transactions shows individual recorded purchases and sales.
  • Profit History Total is useful for totals and changes over time.
  • Pack Statistics records pack cost, calculated result and the decision made.
  • SBC Profit can be grouped by account, challenge or set and filtered to a date range.
  • Valuable Players estimates club value from cached prices. It can be grouped by account and filtered by rating or tradeable state.

Compare strategies fairly

  1. Select the same date range for every account or strategy.
  2. Separate completed sales from current inventory value.
  3. Compare accounts on the same platform and with similar starting coin balances where possible.
  4. Give recently changed filters enough completed trades before judging them.
  5. Check the assigned filter or group and profile before attributing a result to a strategy.

A high expected balance can include items that have not sold. A large club estimate can also include cached prices that have moved. Use completed transaction profit for realized results and treat inventory estimates as context.

Find profitable filters

Use filter or group statistics to compare purchases, misses, sale outcomes and profit across a meaningful period. When a filter underperforms, inspect its current buy price, sell price, minimum-profit rules and platform before increasing activity. Dynamic pricing can change what the filter uses over time, so compare the recorded period with the pricing mode that was active then.

Export a snapshot

Use Export CSV when you want to keep a dated snapshot or compare periods outside the program. Available exports include Detailed Statistics, Transactions and Profit History Total. Export before clearing statistics because cleared history cannot be reconstructed from a later export.
